How to get some cheap supplements

A few weeks ago, I visited one of the biggest shopping centres in town. There are several sports shops which I was particularly interested in. Shopping is not my favourite way of spending Sunday afternoons, but I needed a new sports bag because I had lost the old one at the gym a couple of days before. I needed a big bag with a lot of pockets to pack my karate gi and all pads. I found a nice dark blue bag in one of the shops. When I wanted to pay for it, the shop assistant informed me that I could buy some cheap supplements as well. I looked at the shelf with various products but could not decide what to choose. There were lots of little boxes and tubes. What did I need? I am not the kind of person who would take protein supplements or creatine. Having huge muscles is not my priority. I care about adequate intake of vitamins and minerals much more. I found a good vitamin B complex with ginseng. I thought it would not be a bad choice. I had been taking some magnesium pills, so why not make them more assimilable by taking some more vitamin B6? The product also contained vitamin 12, which is said to improve your physical fitness. I took the product from the shelf. I did not choose any other cheap supplements. Then I paid for my new bag and my vitamin B complex and left the shop.
